This page covers caserohq.com, the Casero website. Customer and homeowner
data handled inside the products is covered by the Casero
Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What this site collects
- Nothing you type. There are no forms, accounts or logins here. The only
way to contact us is email, which goes to our inbox like any other message.
- No advertising or analytics trackers, and no cookies set by us.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider — IP address, page
requested, time, browser type — kept briefly and used to keep the site running and secure.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, so your browser requests
those files from Google as it would on any site using them.
Text messages
Casero sends text messages only to people who have given a mobile number and agreed to be
texted — a pest control company's own staff, or a homeowner who signed that company's
service agreement. We never buy or rent phone numbers, and consent to be texted is never a
condition of buying anything.
- What we send: messages about service — an appointment booked or
moved, a technician on the way, a recap of a visit, an account notice, and replies from the
office to a message you sent.
- How often: as your service happens, not on a schedule. There is no
marketing campaign and no newsletter.
- Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message and that number
stops receiving them; reply START to begin again, or HELP
for help. Opting out of texts never affects your service.
- Who sees your number: the pest control company you are a customer of, and
the carrier that delivers the message. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, or
anyone's consent to be texted, with anyone else for their own marketing.

Email you send us
If you write to us we keep your message and address so we can reply and continue the
conversation. We don't sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
Ask us to delete it and we will.
Children
This is a business site and isn't directed at children.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
